DIY Flower Bucket
Our DIY flowers offer a convenient way to purchase fresh locally grown blooms for your event, while on a modest budget. We sell our bulk flowers in buckets containing approximately 45-50 stems. One bucket is enough product to make roughly 4-6 mason jar centerpieces, two large arrangements, or approximately 15+ bud vases — order as many buckets as you like for your needs.
You can check out our free Floral Design Stem Count Guide to calculate exactly how many stems you'll need to order. We even offer DIY Consulations, which you can book prior to your event, to help you practice arranging and prepare for your big day. All DIY Flower Bucket orders must be placed with at least one week notice prior to the pickup date. If you need one with less notice, please place your order and call to confirm with a team member.
How to Order:
- Select a color palette that best suits your occasion. Whether you're drawn to vibrant "Bright and Bold" hues, the elegant charm of "Soft Pinks and Whites," or prefer the surprise of "Farmer's Choice," you'll receive the freshest and highest quality blooms from our farm.
We are unable to guarantee specific color choices through our DIY bucket service. However, if you have a more specific color palette in mind, please reach out through our A La Carte Inquiry Form or Full Service Inquiry Form.
- Enter your desired pick-up date or delivery date. We deliver locally to the Virginia Hamton Roads Area for a flat fee, calculated at checkout. We recommend selecting a date no later than 3 days prior to your event. (Read our guide for an example schedule for DIYing event florals.)
- Enter additional details regarding the pickup person, delivery location, etc.
- Place your order, and we will promptly reach out to confirm and coordinate a time for picking up or delivery on your selected date. We will also review suggested vehicles and packing material for transporting buckets if you have selected "Pickup".
- After your event, you may either keep the buckets for future use or return them to our farm, helping us reduce waste and keep extra materials out of the landfill.
